Extract and follow the instructions in the "READ ME FIRST.txt" file
You can use the patcher without any hassles as the SID[machine ID] of
your PC will not be changed in any way, thereby bypassing any danger
of system instability.
So there is no need of creating a system restore point before installing
the program as your SID will not be affected.
